Guillaume Taeke

After graduating from the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2009, Guillaume completed an additional master’s degree in intellectual property law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2012) and obtained an additional master’s degree in notarial law at UCL (2014). Guillaume was also an assistant and doctoral student in intellectual property law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

In addition to his impressive academic background, Guillaume has acquired extensive experience in litigation before the Belgian civil, commercial and criminal courts. In 2020, he became eligible for the position of deputy judge and is now a delegate judge at the Hainaut Court of First Instance.

Guillaume has a solid knowledge of commercial law, real estate law, corporate law, insolvency law and intellectual property law.

Inspired by Beyond’s vision, which combines rigour, efficiency, creativity and team spirit, Guillaume joined Beyond in 2020.

Guillaume is a tenacious lawyer in his various areas of expertise and is always looking for new challenges. He solves problems quickly, creatively and efficiently, paying attention to every subtlety of the law. He is able to quickly and efficiently find precedents, legislation and relevant information to build a solid argumentation.
